About the Program

Whether you’re a first-time supervisor or a seasoned manager, The Coaching Manager equips you with practical tools to lead with purpose, develop your people, and create a culture of accountability and growth.

In this four-session virtual series, you’ll learn how to coach your team — not just manage them — using proven frameworks and strategies to help them thrive.

No prerequisites required. This course complements our popular Manager’s Bootcamp but is open to all leaders.

Live Virtual Sessions:
Wednesdays – November 5, 12, 19 + bonus cohort check-in (TBD)

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Central (3 hours each – bonus cohort follow-up session with Amie = 1 hour)

Meet Your Instructor

Amie Haar is the founder of Emerge Consulting and a certified CliftonStrengths coach. She specializes in helping professionals uncover their purpose and develop their leadership skills through coaching, team facilitation, and training.

Amie brings deep experience working within the insurance space and is known for her approachable, engaging, and practical teaching style.

Continuing Education

– This program is approved for 10 hours of CE for Oklahoma licensed agents
– Participants will receive 3 CE credits per session and an additional hour for the bonus cohort check-in session with Amie!
– Attendance and participation are required to receive credit
