You know, we talk a lot about this about our education program, but we’re really focusing on those micro certs because that’s a cool, easy way to get like a a step into whatever like your niche market is. And so when we were looking at this week is identifying commercial client risk.

So, you know, I heard a statistic that independent agents across the United States, right, about 80% of the commercial insurance. So this micro cert could be the most important thing that they have. So it’ll help clients build more resilient organizations. To have a trusted insurance advisor. I tell you what I used to tell my commercial clients when I was an agent.

I said, you go sell your widgets. That’s your job. That’s what you do really? Well, I worry about your insurance because that’s what you need me to do. I just have to prepare. Yes. The other whole thing about the the micro cert is that it gives you credit toward the PRC, the professional risk consultant. So that’s a designation. So if you take those micro cert that gets you to the next step. Yeah, I, I love this program. I just think it’s it’s incredible. I think the opportunity we’re given our members is is wonderful.

Well, I think I think also too that allowing, you know, our agencies to allow their staff, yes to get free CEs and slowly work towards this. And it’s not you know, it’s not a burden on the agency. And that’s just I completely agree. Well then on August the 12th we have Insurance Growth Academy. So this is where we team up with our we’ll call it our sister association meets with the North Carolina Association, and they have a new session for Insurance Growth Academy and it’s producer focused training to to help in insurance sales.

So super important sometimes I don’t think those, insurance producers, they just you know, they’re given a ticket and they just sell, sell, sell.
