“Need to Know” definitions

Staff Count
For membership purposes, “staff” includes all officers, owners, partners, producers, CSRs, and licensed or unlicensed employees and independent contractors involved in the agency’s operations—whether in insurance, employee benefits, or related financial services, regardless of location.

Employees working less than 30 hours per week = count as ½

Employees working 30 hours or more per week = count as 1

Branch Locations
If your agency operates additional offices, please complete the main Agency Membership Application first. Then return to the main application page to submit a Branch Application for each additional location.

To be considered a branch, the location must share the same Federal Tax ID as the main office. Offices with different tax IDs must apply for membership as separate agencies.
