Our research found that more than half of agencies do not yet have a documented AI policy, and many participating agencies told us their core business processes are not fully documented.

 Join the ACT Ecosystem Exchange

ACT will host the ACT Ecosystem Exchange @ Applied Net 2026 on Monday, September 28, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. ET at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

The session will feature a candid industry panel followed by interactive roundtables. Agents, carriers and technology providers will explore how AI, connectivity, data and changing customer expectations are affecting the entire independent agency ecosystem.
