Melanie Dinwiddie is the Director of Commercial Operations at Clearview Insurance Services with more than 20 years of experience as a commercial lines agent. She is recognized for her commitment to educating clients and colleagues while staying current in the evolving insurance industry. Melanie is an active community supporter and volunteer with McAlester Theatre, McAlester Theatre Academy, and Frink Chambers Elementary Music Department. She is a FILO graduate and in her 5th season as a member of BIGiOK My Network Mastermind Group. She has been an attendee, speaker, and supporter of the Empower Her Women’s Conference and currently serves on the IIAO Service Corps Board of Directors.

Chris Paine- INSURICA Insurance Services

Chris Paine’s insurance journey began reluctantly at age 23, inputting data at his father’s agency after a colorful chapter. Overcoming early setbacks, Chris found his calling in insurance, progressing from agent to Managing Partner at Cole, Paine & Carlin. Passionate about giving back, he launched an agency training company before joining INSURICA, where he now manages the Norman branch, has the honor of succeeding the legendary Jeff Burton’s book of business, and is committed to mentoring others and advancing the agency’s Healthcare Practice. Stewart joined Berrong Insurance in 2008, beginning his career processing endorsements and growing into a respected leader within the agency and industry. He is deeply involved in his community, serving in leadership roles with the Weatherford Rotary Club, Weatherford Area Economic Development Foundation, and the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, the Chamber honored him with its Young Professional Award. He also received a Chairman’s Citation in April 2021. Stewart then served as Chairman of Big I of Oklahoma from 2021–2022 and President of IIA of OKC from 2023–2024.  Outside of work, Stewart enjoys time with his kids and unwinding with music.

Margaret Rutherford- 4 State Insurance

Margaret Rutherford is President of 4 State Insurance Agency and brings nearly 28 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent. She began her career working alongside her father in 1997 and, in July 1999, opened a Langley, Oklahoma office as a scratch agency. In 2002, she merged operations with her father’s agency, expanded to Pryor in 2008, and became President in 2014. Deeply rooted in her community, Margaret is passionate about mentoring new agents, agency owners, and women business owners, encouraging collaboration, confidence, and the use of individual strengths—sometimes even helping move furniture. She coached swim and soccer for the Pryor Special Olympics for many years and remains committed to youth-focused service, particularly programs that address food insecurity. Margaret served as Mayor for eight years, focusing on infrastructure and policy improvements to support long-term growth. A devoted mother, Margaret is proud of her daughter, Grace, a Pro Pilot student and member of the Cowboy Marching Band at Oklahoma State University.

Blake Miller- Professional Insurors

Blake has been a producer at Professional Insuors for a year and a half, after previously serving as a summer intern. He is focused on integrating AI into the daily workflow of an insurance producer and is currently developing a ChatGPT based markets expert agent for the agency. Blake values time spent with mentors who support his growth in the insurance industry. Solomon Edison is a Producer with Rich & Cartmill, Inc. in Oklahoma City. He transitioned into insurance after over a decade of experience in construction, including project management roles and ownership of a steel company. Now in his second year in the insurance industry, Solomon brings an practical perspective to his work with clients. He is involved with many industry organizations including BIGiOK, ASA, ABC, OMCA, and NUCA, and serves as an Adult Bible Fellowship leader at his church. Janet has spent more than 35 years in the insurance industry, building a career rooted in hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for taking care of my clients. As a mother and grandmother, she brings a personal level of care to everything she does, treating each client’s needs with the same attention and responsibility she gives to her own family. She takes pride in being a trusted resource, working diligently to ensure coverage is handled accurately and thoughtfully. She holds a CIC, CISR and CRIS designations, which reflects her commitment to professionalism, continued education, and delivering the highest level of service. One area that is close to my heart is supporting our Troops. Colton Cheap joined Chubb in September 2024 as a Senior Underwriter for Core Middle Market in the Southwest Region, based in Tulsa, OK. With his Property & Casualty underwriting career beginning at Liberty Mutual in 2016, he has managed commercial construction, manufacturing, and wholesale accounts. He holds an Associate in Commercial Underwriting designation and was recently named Real Estate Resident Advisor for the region. Colton actively participates in United Way and Make-A-Wish Foundation events with key agency partners. Sharghi Lyles- Travelers Insurance

Sharghi Lyles, a devoted mother of three incredible children, is a Sales Executive at Travelers Insurance with 17 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance. In her first full year in this role, she exceeded quota and built strong, collaborative partnerships across her territory. Recognized by her peers for her dedication and impact, Sharghi enjoys helping agencies and clients navigate complex coverage needs while fostering lasting relationships. Roger Thompson- Liberty Mutual

Roger earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2004 and holds CPCU, AIC, and AINS designations. He served on the Central Oklahoma CPCU Society board from 2018 to 2023 and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Oklahoma Guaranty Association. Roger began his insurance career in 2004 as an office auto claims adjuster and has since built broad experience across claims and distribution. His roles have included field casualty adjuster, inside homeowners adjuster, field commercial property adjuster, and field commercial property claims team manager. On the distribution side, he has worked as a field commercial wholesaler and a field territory sales manager. For the past two years he has been a Senior Commercial Lines Territory Manager at Liberty Mutual. Stephania Williams- The Hartford

Stephania Williams brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of partnership-driven success to her role as Small Business Territory Manager. She began her career as a Personal Lines AARP Sales Representative at the Hartford in 2003 where she built a solid foundation in customer advocacy, consultative selling, and relationship management. Over the years, her career evolved through increasing levels of responsibility, ultimately leading to her current role as a Territory Manager in Small Business, a position she has held for the past 13 years. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting and growing agency partnerships across Oklahoma, working closely with insurance agency partners to help small business owners find the right coverage solutions for their unique needs.
