With one in seven agents reporting a potential E&O claim every year, paying attention to how your organization functions both in policy and practice is critical to managing your exposure to the threat of or an actual loss due to the error or omission, as well as anything that could inadvertently increase the standard of care expected by our industry for its consumers. The Agency Opportunities E&O Audit Process is called the Operational Improvement Review as created by Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. This review provides an outside perspective and evaluation.

How it Works - Get Started Today!

1. Agency completes the online form to begin the process - CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE FORM
2. Agency Opportunities Team Member responds with a process overview, a questionnaire and a list of supportive materials to be completed, curated and provided by the agency
3. Agency Opportunities Team completes a thorough review of agency materials provided and schedules either a series of virtual or on-site meetings to complete the review
4. A virtual meeting if scheduled to discuss the review findings and recommended updates to agency's policy and practice
5. Findings and recommendations are sent to the agency
6. Agency makes recommended changes and reports back to the Agency Opportunities Team (NOTE: This must be completed outside 30 days prior to E&O renewal date)
7. Agency Opportunities Team confirms completion of the recommendations
8. Agency Opportunities Team submits the initial review findings and confirmation of the agency's completed recommendations to the SwissRe/Westport underwriting team for credit eligibility
