Keynote: "The Curiosity Factor" by Andrew Davis
    •    How to Earn and Own Attention in a Noisy World - Attention in today's fast-paced world is harder to garner than ever before. Our clients, prospects, employees and partners tell us they have no time. No time to read our emails, fill out our forms, listen to our voicemails, review quotes or watch our videos. However, these very same people can make time to binge-watch two seasons of Stranger Things on Saturday! Where's the disconnect? Maybe, in our quest to make our content shorter, we've eliminated every element that makes it interesting? It turns out, the most successful advisors in the world don't worry about keeping their interactions short. Instead, they apply three infinitely powerful psychological phenomena to grab and hold their prospect's attention. In this exhilarating keynote presentation, former television producer and bestselling author, Andrew Davis, will show you how to keep your clients curious. He'll show you how to think like a reality tv editor. You'll learn the five things brilliant producers use to create infinitely engaging newsletters, podcasts, videos, emails, meetings and messages. What's the secret? You'll have to wait and see. Stay curious!

[ 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. ]
Session: "The Mind/Body/Health Connection" by Tim Parenti
    •    With the recent interference brought on by the COVID crisis, it's not unusual for people to feel depressed, empty and disheartened. Although these sentiments are understandable, what few understand and/or appreciate are the effects of this ongoing mentality. This session will explore ways to reframe our thinking about many aspects of our lives to help improve our health and mental toughness. Using real-world examples, coupled with Epigenetic scientific evidence, this unique perspective will present sound practices to help manage our Attitudes to improve our financial, physical and mental well-being.

Breakout Sessions
Session: "Embrace the Constraints" by Andrew Davis
    •   Why Adding Constraints Sparks Innovation, Action and Builds Business (Approved for One Hour of General CE)- Sure. COVID-19 created some constraints. We are constrained to our desks, our homes, our families and Zoom calls. We're constrained to virtual events, virtual sales calls, virtual networking and virtual happy hours. For some, all these constraints severely affected our businesses. For others, the constraints became their fuel for growth. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it's that constraints breed creativity. In this exhilarating and inspiring breakout session, Andrew Davis will break down the five limitations you can add to any initiative to drive better outcomes. You'll learn how one non-profit turned their shutdown into millions of dollars in donations. Andrew will reveal how a small bet with massive restraints resulted in a best-selling book. He'll even show you how one business beat the pandemic by snooping through old SEC filings. More importantly, you'll walk away ready to apply smart constraints to your business: limitations that result in more significant success. Are you ready to embrace the constraints?

Session: "Agency Growth Opportunities Abound" by Sara Bradshaw Ray-(**IN PERSON ONLY)
